Thanks for checking out my profile! First, a little bit about me. I am honest to a fault and am fiercely loyal to my friends and family. I think laughter is the best medicine so I'm quick with the jokes even at my expense. I'm generally a laid back and calm person, but have a thirst for adventure and for learning and experiencing new things. I'm affectionate, caring, a romantic, and try to uphold the qualities of a proper gentlemen
I have an incredible son who I would do anything for. But, when I need a break from Cub Scouts and play dates, I enjoy trying new restaurants, going to museums, musicals, concerts, geocaching, SCUBA diving, among many others. I love watching movies. I can't watch horror, not a huge fan of scary movies, but pretty much everything else goes!
I am very proud of my educational and career accomplishments and am blessed that I enjoy my line of work and my job. I've worked hard to get where I am in life but I am also good with balancing that with a full personal life. While I am financially responsible and stable, I like to enjoy the fruits of my labors and am looking for someone who can appreciate that.
I try to live a somewhat healthy lifestyle. I do have a weakness for killer desserts, but I balance that with 3-4 nights of tae kwon do training. I recently received my first degree black belt and I have no intentions of stopping anytime soon. After a recently failed attempt at an open level triathlon, I'm now motivated to train for a sprint... probably for next year as swimming just isn't my strong suit. I'm still trying to learn how to snowboard and it's been a dream of mine to become competent at tennis, although I may just have to settle for a wicked game of ping pong.
I love to travel both domestically and internationally, but just haven't had as many opportunities as I would have liked. I'm hoping to find a partner who has the same passion for travel and experiencing what the world has to offer.
A little bit about you... you're honest, caring, nurturing, and can usually find the silver lining. You have a strong sense of ethics and morals. It's important that you enjoy holding hands. You are educated and have a successful career that affords you a few luxuries in life. You enjoy traveling. You don't mind eating at great dives nor do you balk at the idea of dining at a 4 star restaurant. You live a fairly healthy lifestyle. You may or may not have your own kids, but you like being around them and they like you. Bonus points if you would enjoy gallivanting around by motorcycle or cooking with me.
