I am a pretty laid back person who loves to laugh and have a good time. I have a pretty sarcastic sense of humor and can be pretty hard to offend which is a trait I also like in other people. I think not taking yourself too seriously is a must in order to have genuine honest conversations. I find it kind of hard to describe myself so here are a few things to get this started:
I love all types of travelling, big and small, and hope to see many places in the future. One of my favorite trips has to be the 17 day backpacking trip I took through Australia and New Zealand (gorgeous!!). In contrast, nothing makes me happier than a road trip in the summer with the windows down and the beats turned way up.
I love all food (well, except pickles) and love to cook. My favorite type of food would have to be Mexican but sushi and thai food are a very close second. In addition to cooking I like to find little hole in the walls that have amazing food. Urbanspoon has become a slight addiction for me! I also usually pair my food with some kind of wine, beer or the occasional vodka gimlet martini.
I like to think that as I have gotten older I have realized the important things in life. My family may be a little crazy but I love them dearly. After going through some hard times I know that they are there for me through thick and thin. I have some of the best friends anyone could ask for and love hanging out with them. I truly appreciate the people in my life and try to love and respect them as best as I can.
