I am many things: However, I must confess that I am NOT a writer an I have a very hard time putting words onto paper.,
I think it would be a lot easier if a friend were to write this portion of my bio as I do not enjoy talking about myself.
I’ll give it my best shot.
I’m fun to be around and I'm told that I have a great sense of humor. I'm and easygoing, love to have fun and I don't mind taking life a day at a time. I'm the outdoors type. I like camping, fishing, boating, wheeling, skiing, flying and the list goes on. I am much more country than city, but have traveled the world. I'm not afraid of the city I only choose to live in the country. You most likely will find me in a hat and jeans drinking a beer rather than a suit and tie sipping a martini. Not to say anything against martinis. I am a 50 year old man with lots of energy. Most believe that I look and act as if I am in my late 30's or early 40's. I cannot count the times that my younger friends have introduced me to others as the “youngest old guy we know”. They are always telling me that they just can't keep up. Yes, I stay very active. You won't find me being a couch potato, well, unless I'm sharing that couch with the right person enjoying some music a glass of wine and or a good movie. I enjoy all kinds of sports, have a ton of hobbies and love the outdoors, anything on the water and I worship the SUN. I'll try anything once and if it was fun, I'll have to go back for seconds. I believe that being a responsible adult doesn't mean growing up. This is a good thing. Life is too short to grow old.
I was born in a small town in NM. My father taught me small town ethics and small town morals. I always address my elders as Mr., Mrs., Mam or Sir. You may find me helping a strange person with their groceries, fixing their flat tire or simply holding the door for them.
I'm a pretty simple guy who appreciates the finer things as well as the simple things. I am very down to earth. I'm always looking for the next great adventure. I'm honest, happy and have a great deal of integrity. I hope to meet a woman who is like minded, positive and is ready to share some new life experiences. My children are a big part of my life and I am astounded by what I learn from them each day. I will always feel and act young no matter my age...partly because of them but mostly because my heart has always been young.
