Life is going great! I have a career that I would never turn my back on; I'm almost through my graduate program. If only you knew what kind of student I was as a kid, you would get why this is an amazing accomplishment. I was the "too cool for school" guy who would do anything to get out of class. Now, I'm that teacher who tries to get through to kids like my younger self! I'm the guy that's always relaxed, composed, telling observational jokes and laughing. Keeping a positive outlook, breathing, and just going with the flow is key to having an awesome day. I'm mostly vegan and passionate about being physically and mentally healthy through running, yoga, strength exercise, and sports!
I work at an amazing middle school which never fails to get me laughing because of the hysterical things eighth graders say and do! When I can get away from work and school, being outdoors is extremely revitalizing. I live next to the beach, and I'm blessed to see the ocean everyday whether it's on my commute or on the sand or in the surf. My other interests are sports(Lakers, Dodgers, Steelers, and Galaxy), music (especially EDM, folk, chill wave....), films (independent, comedies, classics), drawing, and being around good people.
I have a lot of professional and social goals for the new year and on. A great match would be someone that understands the importance of having aspirations, being close to her family, laughing regularly, being passionate about her interests and open minded. Also, someone who stays active regularly. It would be great if you're into running, yoga, eating healthy, and other physical/wellness activities. If you're not afraid to venture out into new and different subcultures, let's talk and take advantage of the opportunities.
