I am a single mother first and foremost. Also, I have a puppy, a baby turtle, and a fish :). I am a nursing student. I work full time and in my free time I volunteer at an animal rescue.
I am looking for someone to become comfortable with and committed to. I'm open for being friends (you can never have too many), dating, commitment (not immediately, but with time). I like to take things day by day and have natural and mutual progression in a relationship. I don't play games, at all. Let's be real, no one has the time or energy to deal with drama like that.
Many men are off put by a woman with children, let me clear the air by saying I do not expect anything from the men I pursue relationships with in regards to my children initially. This nothing would become an expectation of future mutual respect and fun/understanding only.
I don't smoke, don't do drugs, and drink for fun. And would love someone with like tendencies, although smoking isn't the biggest deal breaker.
I am an avid reader, a lap swimmer, and love any outdoor activity. I love curling up on the couch for wheel of fortune and American idol, too. (don't judge :) ) i just started watching season one of pretty little lairs. I love football, so that's what we're watching on a Sunday!! I have a few other things I watch, but am pretty predictable in my tv habits.
I love learning new things and am a "do it yourself-er", it's amazing what you can learn off of YouTube! I changed my break pads entirely myself and my car still stops (good sign)!!!!
I am the nicest person I could possibly be, including to strangers.
