Hello match.com... never thought I would join this but it seems to work for people so thought I would give it a try. I have been living in the city for almost a year now and realize it is pretty much impossible to meet someone at a bar if you want something meaningful to come out of it. So about me... I live in NYC but work in CT. I go to the gym every morning before work and I really enjoy working out and being active. (warning... I am a morning person!) I am running the NYC marathon this november and am very excited! I come from a big family that mean the world to me. Friends are also a huge part of my life and I believe I have the best friends anyone could have. I am a huge NY Rangers fan. I love going to any sporting events. I rather go to a dive bar than a club any night. In the summer I spend as much time as possible at the beach and love being outside when the weather is nice. I think of myself as energic with a love of life.
As far as what I am looking for from someone is to be open, honest and have a good sense of humor. I know looks are the initial attraction for everyone but then comes personality and being able to hold a conversation is very key. Looking for someone who can challenge me intellectually and has a good head on their shoulders. Someone who will challenge me when they think I am wrong or being stubborn. I find it very attractive when a guy is close with his family and respects them. I am looking for someone who likes to go out but also enjoys staying in and unwinding from the week. At the end of the day... I am looking for someone who will have my back. Enough of this... lets chat/ lets meet up... go for a walk, grab a drink... do something spontaneous?!?
