I am an English girl who moved over to America in summer last year. Why did I move? Because I wanted a new adventure. I had only been over here once before-a month before I decided to move. While this one week did not convince me it was the right thing to do, I decided it was a good time to spend a couple of years living in another country. I am career driven and working in another country is definitely a positive thing to do, so why not?! It was a bit traumatic getting my company to transfer me, but it was definitely worth it. Who knows if I will stay or move on, or go home again, but it has made me realise I don't think these things through and am quite spontaneous.
I grew up in the countryside in England. I have lived in cities since I went to university, and while I love being close to the action, I also love being outside - running, skiing, walking, sun bathing, whatever it happens to be. I love animals and seem to find myself at the zoo in every place I visit. I will happily make friends with anyone who walks near me with a dog just so that I can also make friends with the dog! I also volunteer at an animal shelter and regularly wonder how I could have a dog and take it to work.
I enjoy traveling with company and want to make the most of being over here and closer to visit Canada and central America. I want to visit every state in America, although I may have to pick and choose!
I'm a positive person and I don't do things by halves. I can be quite intense about achieving a goal but I aim to have a good time doing it. I'm looking for someone who can be spontaneous and is energetic, confident, passionate and driven. Chemistry and attraction are key.
