Thanks for reading my profile. My name is Samantha, but I go by Sam. I would describe myself as the girl next door with an edge. Meaning, I have traditional values, but also love to goof off and am frequently looking for my next adventure. In my spare time, I enjoy doing just about anything active: going for bike rides, camping, canoeing, going to the beach, attending local events/festivals, concerts, or catching a basketball or hockey game. I absolutely love the Gators and watching college football (and pretty much every other sport). However, I am also girly and love throwing on a dress, going out for a romantic dinner, and snuggling. On the serious side, I am very dependable and loyal. I am also lucky enough to have a career that I am both committed to/ love. That said, in my next life, I am coming back as the guy on ESPN game day that does all the tail gate sampling, Anthony Bourdain, or Joey Chustnut (world hot dog eating champion.) Just kidding. The most important part of my life is my son, I strive every day to be the best mom I can be.
I love life and enjoy the humor in almost every situation. I love to laugh, both at myself and others. I grew up with two older brothers, so I can dish it out and take it :) I generally will do anything to make someone smile. But, I can be serious when necessary. It is important to me that, whoever I am with, can make me laugh one minute, but challenge me intellectually and engage in a deep conversation or debate the next.
I am at a great place in my life. I have a close, supportive family, a wonderful group of friends, and a well rounded, active social life. But, at the end of the day, I'd like to share it with my best friend and side kick. Is it you?
