I might as welll tell you upfront what you're in for; I have 2 addictions Chocolate and Starbucks (only Milk Chocolate, not dark & sadly I'm not even a coffee drinker, I drink tea).
I talk too much, am way too open and honest and when you ask me a question, I will probably tell you way more than you want to know. Beware what you ask for :0)
Deep down I am very shy --- I used to tell my employees that I am "situational extrovert", I'm out going because I believe it's necessary to help put others at ease so you can get to know people better (instead of hoping they put you at ease). Especially as a woman, being "shy" can be misconstrued for.... well, ummmm... other descriptors....
The most important trait in a person is transparency. Please say what you mean and mean what you say... please. There is a nice way to confront even difficult situations or topics. Integrity and honesty are so sexy compared to trying to figure out what's really going on behind the lines.
OH ~ I love to laugh ~ it's like a hug from the inside.... it makes my heart smile
