As much time as I spent staring at screens in an office, I prefer being outdoors. I grew up in Michigan but I love the mountains: Rockies, Appalachians, Ozarks--and I'm quite likely to have have a fly rod with me if I'm there. When it comes to traveling I enjoy a wilderness destination as much as a hotel on a Roman piazza. I'd really like to get to New Zealand and to Russia's Kamchatka Peninsula. I'm happy between work and friends and the outdoors. I'm looking for someone who enjoys being active, makes fitness and health a priority, and is as comfortable skiing down a mountain as sunning in the tropics.
