So far this has not been the best experience. So to filter out propositions that are just not going anywhere;
I am looking to meet new people. I would love to meet an amazing new man, but that needs to start with friendship. If you are looking for the bootie call, I have more to me than that so move to the next profile. I am looking for that man who has enough boy in him to make me laugh and smile, but enough man to show me the respect I deserve. I am not a prude and have an adventurous side. That part of me is reserved for the deserving. If that is too much to ask..., move on. If you want to meet me, I am up for that. Let's not waste each others time. I love reading some of the profiles here that are full of sarcastic banter and great humor, but sadly have yet to meet many that are authentic and true to their profile. I do not need walks in the moon light or poetry. Just honesty, some laughter and someone interesting enough to have a second date. I am worth it. Get to know me and see.
I don't like to sit still much. I do like down time and when I take it, its phones off and shades down...it's me time. I always make time for my friends and family....regardless of what I am doing.
As much as I love children and would love to have them, I can not have children of my own. I hope one day to be able to be a mom in some fashion. If I get this out of the way in my profile, I figure it saves both time and pain in the future.
I love to get dressed to the nines, but also keep my overalls handy so I can work on my car if needed. I would rather have someone else work on my car at this point in life, but have no problem fixing what I can when I need to.
I don't fit any specific category. I am just me and like it that way. I have never felt a need to "fit in". There are times we need to 'fit' in and I can adapt (career mostly), but won't be fake. I look for ways to meet people on common ground. I dislike nothing more than meeting people who look for points to argue/disagree on. A good debate is healthy, but not what I want to spend much time disagreeing. I'd rather know the things we agree on and start there. I’d rather be laughing and playing than arguing any day.
I am/was a Jersey Girl, so being sassy is second nature to me. I love sarcastic banter, so I am not for the easily offended. Just fun. Growing up I was either living at the Jersey Shore or in Puerto Rico near the beach. Until moving to Colorado my summer wardrobe was a bathing suit, a t-shirt and a pair of flip flops. I like the outdoors…more when it’s warm.
I have donated my hair to Locks of Love twice now and working on doing it again soon. I hate short hair, but hate not being able to do much for sick children even more...so donating my hair is one thing I can do. I have been very blessed in life, so I like to give back.
I like people who are authentic. Who know who they are and feel comfortable with themselves. My friends are all so varied and I love that. New people bring new ideas and experiences.
I am not sure about online dating. I am not looking for a date so much as I am looking to get out and meeting people. I have lived in Colorado form more than 19 years, but most of it in Boulder/Weld County area. I just moved to the Springs and would like to meet some new friends. There is so much to see and enjoy here, while I have no trouble doing these things alone
