This summer I hiked the entire Appalachian Trail(AT). The AT is 2184.2 miles from Georgia to Maine. I learned a lot about life on the trail and I'm trying to bring that into my normal life to live better.
Luckily, I still have my job, so I'm not a homeless, hungry, bearded wanderer anymore. In fact not much has changed since I've been home. I'm back in school finishing up my masters in exercise physiology, working as an engineer, and coaching cross country The big "changes" have come in my faith, attitude, and outlook.
Even though I'm off the trail, I'm still on my Path. I hiked the trail alone but I want someone to share my path with.
