Raised my Son pretty much by myself. (Mr. Mom) ;-) He got his degree from U.Miami and is on his own doing well.
I have been somewhat of a 'Lone Wolf' you might say, by my own choice (mostly). Me, my 'Bike' and my dog. Sold my bike, Think I'm gonna just 'Have To' get me another.(miss it badly) Love to 'ride'.
I have been, not so much a..."Bad Boy" type, but not just another 'cow' in the heard... I guess a 'non-conformist'?? Yeah...there's a 'different drummer' playin My tune. ;-)
And my 'Spirit' seems to speak to me louder than most people I've met, or maybe I'm just listening better, or more interested in what it's trying to tell me??
These days, I'm thinkin' it might be nice to share with, and maybe learn something from, an interesting / interested companion. Someone 'interested' in new experiences, learning, and sharing in what's really important in life, with someone, who (like myself) can be comfortable dressed right for an 'occassion', or kickin back in thier favorite T-Shirt and Jeans.
Hopefully, someone comfortable with who they are. Not pretentious. HONEST, Sincere, Compassionate, Kind, 'Fun'.
I don't 'Party' much. Don't care for 'Big City' (don't mind a visit), or crowds. But 'events' are great! (concerts, festivals, etc.)
I don't like 'Hip Hop', 'Rap', or 'Opera', no 'head bangin' punk, or way 'Heavy Metal',
But enjoy a wide variety of 'Good' music, of coarse good old 'Rock-n-Roll' , Jazz, Blues, different Cultural music, Ballads (Dylan-Jackson Brown-Josh Kelly, John Mayer), 'some' country (go Willie), Iris DeMent, John Prine. And 'mood' music, with a candle light dinner (maybe I'll cook), and a glass/bottle of wine (I don't drink too much).
And also enjoy art (what looks good to 'ME'), Craft shows, flea markets, day trips, and 'rainy day', lingering mornings, cuddling/playing/loving under the sheets with my 'deelishishly', beautiful partner/soulmate would have to be my very favorite.
Also, I'm interested in some home self provission, like food garden, and not currently, but may concider raising poultry,rabbits,goats etc.?? for home / personal consumption. More 'Green' 'Sustainability', 'Preparedness', food storage etc.
As far as a potiential 'companion',friend,partner, Lover... I feel I want to give honesty, lovingkindness, respect, support, fun, and joy. And, I only expect, and hope for the same in return. I want to 'learn' from a beautiful person/partner who 'knows' what she knows!
Not something I'm in a 'hurry' about. Slow...converse, meet, a natural and easy flow. If it's not a good fit, it won't take long to know it.

Life partner/soulmate is hope and goal,(isn't it for all of us?) I feel I do truly want to be with my One partner,my One companion on the rest of this beautiful journey, but new 'friends', fun experiences, and happy memories are also welcome.
If I seem to 'far out there' for your liking, well, I at least hope it was 'entertaining'. ;-)
