I enjoy life to the fullest, always happy, kind of funny, great integrity, very bright/sharp,I'd say i was well read, talented artist/sculptor,I try hard to speak and live TRUTH. can be outgoing and shy,... i do like a nice buzz at least once a day, from either wine or coffee .I love my family and they love me. I am fortunate and grateful.
I have been a physical health enthusiast for many years, then proceeded to work on mental health, then my spirit.......I work on/stimulate all three areas daily,and if your someone who is not into all three we might not be so good together :)
