Here's a quick run down and my life perspective. I believe there's no need to sweat the little things because at the end of the day they really (really!!!) aren't too important. I'm pretty laid back and life experience has taught me to wag more and bark less but that doesn't mean I'm a pushover and I can sometimes still be a handful! Life is not about right/wrong, black/white, love/hate or success/failure. I strive for balance rather than perfection. I’m chic but not trendy and can't be bothered to keep up with the Joneses. Overall, I'm a well-rounded individual (sophisticated but simple) but most importantly I'm genuine and have a kind heart.
I'm a Bay Area transplant. Born and raised in mid west, stint in LA , undergrad in Oregon, traveled around the globe for close to 2 and 1/2 years, currently work and live on the Peninsula and working on my master's in SF. My number one passion is traveling. I enjoy exploring new places, learning about new cultures, trying new things and meeting new people. I'm more of an "off the beaten path" kind of traveler but I can do well at a resort... for a couple of days only. I 'm hoping to find someone who also loves to explore and shares a similar perspective on travel. I also never (ever!) bore of listening to travel stories.
I love a good laugh and I’m not afraid to laugh at myself. I'm fun and spur of the moment but can also plan if need be. I enjoy a good conversation/debate. I like the outdoors, the theatre, cafes and live music. Last but not least, I’m motivated, silly, secure, humble, fiercely independent, sarcastic, a foodie and an aspiring wildlife photographer. :) I'm also a little crazy but in a good way - think para penting in Medellin, salsa dancing in Havana, skydiving over the Gold Coast, jet boating in New Zealand, hiking Great Wall/Mt. Sumati in the snow, currently planning a trip to Cape Town and I'm considering cage diving with Great Whites - you get the the picture...
I admire and seek out a mate who is also a spontaneous and well-rounded person who loves life and all that it has to offer!! Someone accomplished but not arrogant, witty/sarcastic, down to earth, humble, fit, well travelled, positive, adventurous, sincere, who knows the meaning of chivalry and values my opinion is a good fit. Someone sophisticated but simple and a little silly who truly wants a strong-willed partner will suit me quite well. Yes, I know it's a long list but at the end of the day it really comes down to "WOW!" Chemistry is key.
Lastly, I'm not a habitual dater and not into games or drama.
