Does this "online dating" stuff really work? It's crazy to think that starting over in your 40's would be such a wild ride! It's so difficult to put so much about yourself into one paragraph. Kind of feels like listening to Charlie Brown's teacher...wah, wah...blah, blah.
So, here I go describing a bit about me. I am kind, caring, friendly and truly enjoy my life now. (Sounds like a life resume' doesn't it?)
I have been told I'm funny, I'm real, I'm honest (to a fault) and a good friend. I'm playful, & I have a good sense of humor..
I care about people and their feelings and I have a hard time with people who are mean and bullies. I do work with the public, so some of the things that I see people do in public to their spouses, children and friends is appalling!!
I do believe you only get out what you put into something. (Sounds kind of funny since I am divorced right?). Eeesh! But, it is true!
I believe anything worth having is worth fighting for.
Above all, I am the Mom of 2 grown men, 25 & 22. My family is VERY important to me. (and, I have a large family)
I am an avid college football fan (GO DUCKS!!) And I do love a good NASCAR race...Saturdays are for football and Sundays are for racing! I like to travel, go wine tasting and am a huge fan of warm weather. I would like to find someone to spend time with and enjoy life.
****keeping it real****. I should let you know that I take my workouts and my fitness very seriously!! I work out 5-6 days a week and I have for quite some time. When I was married to my ex, I was extremely unhappy and completely let myself go. Since Jan. 2010 I have over lost 140lbs and still have some to go. .. But all of that will soon be gone as well!! No surgery, no medical help. Just dedication and a lot of hard work. I will NEVER abuse my body the way I did back then again!! So, if you think you might be able to hang through a couple of insanity workouts with me, bring it on!! ;-)
I am also ok with myself, so I am not in any hurry to jump into something!
Oh ya, one last thing! Do me a favor and look like your pictures...it does nobody any good to meet if you are not who you say you are! I will always answer emails and if the chemistry is there... We can talk and maybe meet. Just be who you really are, cause what you see in me....is all real!!
