I'm a third year engineering student who likes to play outside, work out, ride my bike, and cook healthy food. I am pragmatic and a bit sarcastic, and I would consider myself to be an introvert at first, but pretty outgoing once I'm comfortable with you.
I've been at OSU since the summer studying mechanical engineering (I'm a junior), but while I enjoy my major, my favorite spot to hang out when I'm not studying is the rec center. I've been getting into rock climbing and have been really enjoying it. During summer I tend to get pretty adventurous. I like to go on long bike rides; my favorite so far has been Rim Drive around Crater Lake.
In general I am up to try most anything in the great outdoors; camping, mountaineering, kayaking, x-country skiing, etc. So if you are looking for someone to share your outdoor adventures with, let's talk.
Generally I interact best with small groups of close friends rather big groups. With that in mind, I have done next to no partying and am not looking to start; I also usually enjoy a home-cooked meal more than dinner out. With exceptions :)
I like movies, but not as much as I like books. I generally like facts and non-fiction, but give me a good novel and I won't put it down. I think I would benefit from someone who has a creative and industrious spirit... someone who has random projects going all the time.
I am independent and self-reliant (I moved to the States from Costa Rica when I was 15), but when I fall for someone, I am fiercely loyal, vulnerable, and loving.
