I am brand new to Richmond from the DC area and am having fun getting to know it. I want to meet new people, see new things, find my favorite bar and restaurant, and enjoy the slower paced life. I hope to find someone who wants to explore it with me....or to show me around!
I will try anything once and am always open to suggestions. An ideal summer Saturday would be kayaking down the river or out at a festival. An ideal fall Saturday would be wine tastings at a winery followed by a fire, an ideal winter Saturday is dinner out (or in) and a good movie, an ideal Spring Saturday would be a hike, a bike, a walk, a park, anything to enjoy the outside.
I have 2 cats who make me laugh, and am reminding myself everyday that I need to wait for a house with a yard to add a dog to the mix.
I am a fun-seeking person who likes exploring new places and things - whether it be a restaurant, a wine, a recipe, a book, a campsite, a concert. I love to travel, and am hoping to check a few places off my list this year - it's been awhile since my last trip, and I've got the itch.
