Hi, my name is Sarah. I am 24 years old and new to Santa Cruz. I lived in Monterey for two years before moving here, but I am originally from Connecticut. I am here looking to meet someone new as it seems hard to meet people when you know no one in the area.
I am looking for someone with a good sense of humor and who enjoys playing and watching sports. I enjoy being around people who can hold a good conversation, and keeps up on current events. I am also looking for someone who is laid-back and enjoys relaxing, meditating, and enjoying the simple things in life. I like being with people who would like going out on adventures, having fun out in the world, but also would not mind a lazy weekend. My ideal mate would also be interested in helping other people. I am not interested in selfish people who are only interested in helping themselves.
I enjoy hiking, bicycling, going to the beach (don't know how to surf yet, but plan on learning), reading, doing yoga, relaxing, and watching movies. I love watching and playing sports. During baseball season I try to keep up with Red Sox games, but I have started to watch the Giants as well since moving here. I also love my job. I work with kids with autism here in Santa Cruz and at an after school program in Salinas. I find that working with children or any population in need to be the most rewarding kind of experience.
