I've been in Dallas for about four months and I'm loving it. It's crazy, Texas really is like its own planet. I'm here to meet new people since I'm fresh off the boat. I'm a very outgoing and happy person- I love to try new things and get out of my comfort zone (like moving to a place where I know no one, for example)!
I'm pretty laid back about the small stuff and incredibly loyal. I am extremely sarcastic and always in the mood for some good banter- it's a very good sign if you can keep up with me. If I let you into my personal zone you'll find that I'm a very passionate and caring person. I kill stress by running along the lake or spontaneously exploring enclaves and neighborhoods I've never been to. There's nothing like a long, spontaneous drive with my music on. Walks, dog parks and spending time outdoors in general makes me feel happy and content. My hound dog Harper is awesome and I love her dearly. Pet peeves include bathroom mirror pictures, terrible grammar, bandwagon opinions, and people that are consistently negative.
I love to cook and have friends over for dinner quite often. Family is very important to me- Irish Catholic up in here- and my parents are fantastic. I talk to them every day and their antics are hysterical. I got my BFA in Fine Art Painting and Photography and my BA in Marketing from Mizzou (Go Tigers!). I'm great at my job and work hard to excel at what I do. Wheat beer is the way to my heart and I'm more into beer and conversation than strobe lights and dancing. I'm a movie fanatic but still haven't seen several of the classics. Sports fans are a huge plus, though you'll have to hear me talk endlessly about the St. Louis Cardinals (I know, I'll see myself out).
