I like reality and spirituality, with a healthy smattering of sarcasm, humor and wit :-) being able to laugh at ourselves and our failures is a gift.
My life philosophy is generally guided by karma. I value depth in character, passion in the heart, ambition in the mind, and kindness in the spirit.
I left home to sail across the seas when I was 16 - I am free spirited - traveling and meeting people from around the world is my drug of choice :) I have lived in many cultures - a few different countries, and now call SLC home. I grew up a city girl, but have always loved staying active, and being in nature.
My daily workouts include dance, hot yoga and running. I love to ski/hike when I can. I like listening to podcasts, discovering new music, and NPR. I love reading about anything n everything related to current/global affairs, politics, tech, economics of markets, psychology of men and women, fashion.........moving to SLC (from DC) has helped open my world a little more - I have tried so many new things here in Utah (snowshoeing, climbing, canyoneering, rapelling, paragliding, skydiving, mud runs....wow!) - cant wait to try more with a special someone or friends!
My profession - I work with technology, digital markets and economics - I write and teach for a living. It's fantastic and I can say a lot about it- but later.
