I was born in Taiwan but have lived in Canada and the US since I was 12. I moved to STL two years ago to teach at a university. My degree is in counseling psychology. I love the research aspect of my job. I would describe myself as a kind, caring, humble, grateful, and open-minded person. Friends and family are important to me. I am not the most talkative or outgoing person but I love salsa dancing. I enjoy being in a company of a small group of close friends. I appreciate all sorts of arts, I love going to live concerts and museums. I am always listening to jazz and latin music. I also enjoy listening to NPR and reading the new york times. I wish I have more time to read classic novels. I try to stay active; I have done two half marathons and I used to be in a rowing team. I also picked up horseback riding when I was studying in Iowa. I appreciate simple things in life. I am looking for someone who is compassionate, has respect for others, and values friendships and family life.
