Hi! About me: I have a great career and a family that I adore. I am independent and have a positive personality with an adventurous spirit. I can laugh at myself and usually find humor and optimism among almost any ridiculous situation I find myself in.
I am interested in staying active and healthy but I’m not obsessed (I have been known to dip fries in ranch and I have a weakness for candy). I love a good workout, bike rides, hiking, a little running (in good weather), snow skiing, fishing, etc... I am equally comfortable reading, watching a movie or working on a project around the house.
I enjoy the company of friends or a night out on the town, but you won’t find me as a regular in a local bar.
I have an inherent desire to learn. I often find myself taking a class or putting myself in uncharted territories whether it is in my profession, just out of curiosity or for adventure. Exploring places near or far feeds my soul. I can be easily distracted by opportunities to plan and/or take a trip. I am satisfied with weekend trips but I do crave the experiences of getting far out of my backyard.
On the serious side: I snuggle my dog, I am a backup singer (in my car, when I’m alone). I think I can do almost anything (after watching enough YouTube videos on the subject).
What I am looking for: You are the kind of person who enjoys life and can appreciate and learn from all the curve balls that are thrown your way. You are person who thinks a lot about the world around you and is curious enough to try almost anything once (adventurous but not dangerous). You like being active, enjoy the outdoors and appreciate what nature has to offer (this does not mean being a serial hunter). You have an opinion but also an open mind. You are playful, think you’re funny and can laugh at yourself. You can teach me something - whether it’s golf, cooking, tuning up a bike or an art that keeps you sane.
