I am looking for someone who has a great sense of humor, is intelligent, has a quick wit, loves his family and wants a family of his own. Kind of like a partner in crime, if you get my drift. Someone who is genuinely good hearted, who does the right thing just because they know it is right. They always have good manners. Most importantly, do esteem able acts, when no one is looking. It’s been my experience that insincere; pretentious people are never able to keep up their facade for long. In order for me to be in a relationship there has to be trust, of course, and definitely open lines of communication.
If you are a vegetarian, I can tell you right now that it is not going to work out. I need someone who likes to eat, meat in particular, wants to constantly try new things, and doesn’t mind if we each order a different dish so we can share. If I could blend a few people together to make my perfect match he’d be quick like Stephen Colbert, funny like Vince Vaughn, with the swagger, mischievousness and wonderful toys like Thomas Crown.
I'm extremely outgoing, sarcastic and not easily embarrassed. I love getting all dressed up and going out but I also love hanging out at a local dive, as well as staying in bed on a Sunday with coffee and the paper. I like to travel, explore new places, hang with the locals ... then usually get invited over to their home for dinner. I’ve done a lot of traveling, but have not seen even half of the places I plan to. I would love to go with someone special but I have also traveled alone in the past, which ended up to be some of the most amazing vacations I’ve ever had.
I’m very honest and straight forward. Sometimes, I am a little loud. I like to do crosswords, su doku, the jumble, play games, and watch jeopardy. I can honestly say that my Dad is one of my best friends.
I love to cook. It is one of my true passions in life. If you are lucky enough to be invited to a holiday with my family, prepare to eat!
I have a rambunctious little doggie named Sapphire, who is a handful. She is the most adorable thing ever, not that I am biased.
I lived out of state for 2 years and recently moved back... There is no place like New York.
I decided to try this because I believe in trying everything once. If I wanted to be married, that would have been accomplished long ago. Getting married is easy, finding someone that will be your be there for you through thick and thin, no matter what… that is no easy feat.
