As someone who may or may not have gone to a bar in sweatpants in college, what’s not appealing about talking to new of people while in the comfort of one’s own Nike sweats (and yes, ideally they would be Nike, as if they asked to sponsor me I would say yes in a heartbeat)? That being said, I don’t spend all my time in sweats. By day I am an elementary school special ed teacher, something that took me a little while to stumble onto, but which I love. I get to spend my days with a lot of really great kids, so I'm happy to be where I am in my career. By night, when I’m not playing soccer in whatever league I can find, I am a fan of putting on some nicer clothes and heading out to local restaurants, or foregoing dinner altogether in favor of fro yo. Movies of all genres are another interest of mine, as evidenced by my movie collection, which ranges from your action or cult films (think Dark Knight) to comedy (“Rule 76, no excuses play like a champ”) to yes, your average romantic comedy. Family is something that's really important to me, and I'm lucky to have one where my sisters are my friends as well.
