I've lived in 4 different states in my life (WA twice). I was born in Denver and lived in Redmond, Philly area, and Florida (Tampa & Orlando) and moved back to Seattle a couple of years ago because I missed the great PNW!
I'd describe myself as an active person. I love outdoor activities like hiking, biking, roller blading, etc. I'm just getting back into skiing and am really excited about that! I also do Crossfit regularly and play indoor soccer. Though I do enjoy lazy days watching movies/TV shows or reading. I'm game to try anything once and there are some things on my bucket list I still have to cross off (like skydiving).
One thing I've loved about moving back up here as an adult is all the amazing wineries and breweries! When I go back to Florida I have a hard time remembering what beers I like that aren't from the PNW! I love going wine/beer tasting because I usually discover a new favorite!
I also like watching sports. Of course, love the Hawks (how could you not after this last season?). And I can't wait for opening day for the Mariners! Safeco Field is one of the best baseball fields I've been to. Nothing like chilling in the beautiful Seattle summer, watching baseball with a good beer! I'm also really glad hockey is back! Even if it is only for a shorter season. I'm not a huge basketball fan but hopefully with this new arena deal we'll get an NHL team that's closer than Vancouver!
It's hard to distill what you're looking for in a match because so much of it depends on personalities meshing well. I love to laugh so most important to me is someone who can make me laugh. Someone who is active and willing to try new things. I'd love to travel more and explore more so someone who is up for adventures too!
