About a year ago I found a new passion for fitness and nutrition. I made a commitment to my health and have seen so many positive changes. I'm not a crazy health-nut, but being healthy has become very important to me. I may not look like an athlete :) but I really enjoy staying active. Running is my favorite form of exercise. I enjoy running 5K and 10K races and am training for my first half marathon in May.

I am a mother and my boys are the light of my life. I will and do take time for myself, and hopefully someone special :), but that someone special will need to understand that my boys are a huge part of my life.
