About me and who I am looking for:
I am a kind, devoted woman who enjoys meeting new people, trying new things and having lots of fun. I am extremely committed to my friends and family and would literally drive hundreds of miles away to help someone I love. I'm here looking for a man with similar values to enjoy life with.
While I love taking care of others, I also make time to take care of myself and like working out and the occasional spa day. I'm a teacher and love what I do. A dream of mine is to provide counseling to children and teens in Africa through an organization like Save Darfur. In addition to volunteering, I love outdoor activities (hiking, picnics) and travel!
I can be a bit old-fashioned and I really appreciate being treated like a lady. I also bring a lot to a relationship and am always interested in what my partner is passionate about and hope that he shares some of my interests, such as dancing and cooking. At the same time, I think some differences are good and can lead to great conversations and new experiences. I'm all about living up to my full potential and think in a great relationship both people help one another to be the best they can be.
As to who I'm looking for, I am not sure there is a “perfect” person out there for everyone, so I try to stay open-minded about what I'm looking for in a match. My parents have been happily married for 40 years and I think I've learned a lot about what a happy partnership takes, so I'll say generally I'm looking for a trustworthy, kindhearted and gentlemanly Christian who has similar life goals to mine (travel and adventure, marriage and children).
