I'm fun, random, and at times I'm awkward. I'm nice, take entirely too many photos, and sing off-key. I absolutely love my friends and family--they mean the world to me. I'm looking for someone who is kind of the same. Someone who is kind, ambitious, and maybe a tad sarcastic. I'd love to meet someone who likes to travel and is always up for an adventure. If you can make me laugh, that's a bonus.
When people say they’ve experienced a lot of things, I can definitely relate. I guess you can say I’m a very well-rounded person. I grew up in a small town in southwest Iowa. I love the small town life but also love living in a city. I’m very close with my family and always look forward to any family get togethers, especially around the holidays. During college I studied abroad in London, England and Swansea, Wales and loved every minute of it. Best semester of my life! After I graduated, I knew I wanted to travel more before getting settled into a “grown-up” job so I decided to move to London. I was lucky enough to live and work with people from all over the world and made some amazing friends. Since then, I’ve lived in West Des Moines, L.A., and now I’m back in Des Moines. Even though, I studied journalism and mass communications at Iowa State, I am currently doing marketing for a Dermatology and Plastic Surgery office in West Des Moines. And, I have to be honest, I never thought I’d be doing a dating website, but I’m kind of over the bar scene and thought this would be a nice change.
