My closest friends would describe me as kind, fiercely independent, easy going, compassionate and funny. I have a wide social circle and am someone who can get along with everyone. I'm the one who will hold doors open for strangers, bend over backwards to help someone in need and someone a glittery sticker at work when they are having a tough day (or sing terrible power ballads) - whatever it takes. I am a product of rad uber hippie parents and that has definitely shaped my personality.
Things I love: yoga, art openings, good espresso, changing my hair color, board games, people watching, tattoos, pin up girls, music, south minneapolis, making people laugh, learning how to dance, my kid, my friends, my family. Oh and good beer. Or wine.
I am a single mom with an awesome daughter and being a good role model has been my priority. I am also finally finishing my degree and have a full time AND a part time job that I love. I'm busy but absolutely will make time for a partner.
What I am looking for: someone tall, witty, healthy, compassionate, employed and has their act together.
Like everyone else on here, I just signed up my first 5k. :) I am also looking at completing yoga teacher training so I can volunteer to teach to at risk, young single mamas like I was once upon a day. I have a big heart and think that life is all about the positive ways we can impact the world and the people around us.
