Enthusiastic about bike riding, travel, woody allen movies, outer space, dinosaurs, cooking, dancing, and yoga. I love a trip to the beach, and so does my dog.
I grew up in the north, but have lived in the south for the past five years. I sometimes miss the passing of the seasons, especially the leaves changing in the fall. But then I remember how unpleasant it is to drive in snow, and I second-guess my nostalgia. I have lived in New Orleans for the past three years, and have enjoyed embracing the atmosphere of the city. I feel this is a welcoming and accepting place, and I adore my neighbors and community. I do enjoy mardi gras, but I look forward to jazz fest with much more enthusiasm.
My favorite places in the city are eclectic. I like a grungy dive bar as much as a fancy place for craft cocktails. I enjoy an evening in playing board games with friends, or a late night out on frenchmen listening to live music, ending with dancing at mimi's or the goldmine.
