Where to begin....
My friends would describe me as energetic, loyal, outgoing, honest, driven, funny. I can't argue with any of those, but to add, I will say that I am independent, motivated, and at times stubborn. I am the extreme type-A personality 95% of the time. For fun I like to be active. I enjoy running (I have done a few marathons and a triathlon), working out, hiking, biking, and sports of all sorts. I enjoy going out to dinner, pubs, sporting events, and festivals. I am always on the hunt for my new favorite import beer. Yes, Milwaukee is a good place for a girl like me to live.
I have a 6 year old son who comes first at all times. He is a miniature version of me, and at times I have trouble keeping up with his energy level. He is smart, athletic and cute as the dickens. Time goes fast, and he is growing up faster than I ever imagined, so I take advantage of him wanting being my little peanut for now. It won't last much longer, this I know.
I work as an RN at a local hospital. My job challenges me mentally, emotionally and physically, which is why I absolutely love what I do. It also makes me appreciate what I have so much more - my health, my family, my friends. Life can throw a curveball when you least expect it, so it's important to live life to the fullest each and every day.
I am hoping to meet someone who can appreciate me for who I am, who can appreciate an independent woman who doesn't "need" someone at all times.
