I'm just the girl next door type that can put on her jacket, skirt, and heels during the week, is totally comfortable in a t-shirt, jeans and bball cap on the weekends, and loves to wear a mini skirt or sexy dress to go out occassionally. Whether it's my career, being a mom, my relationship, a hobby, sports, you name it....I am extremely focused on doing great job at whatever I do. That's just me. I'm probably one of the sweetest and strongest ladies you will ever meet. Loyal (almost to a fault), honest, generous to everyone, and kind....and that's to anyone. In a romantic relationship I make sure to listen and to be as understanding as possible without being naive. I am at a point in my life where I know what I am looking for, what I can handle, and how to tell when me and someone else is compatible. I just know and I go for it. My life experiences have given me a huge appreciation for life and everything it has to offer. I adore people and their differences, so getting to know people here is something I look forward to doing. Friends or more than friends, I'm open to it.
Match SN: It's funny why people keep asking me why I'm not married yet once they talk to me. Thank you for realizing I am great, or whatever you think. BUT....I promise you, there is a very simple and innocent answer to that, and it will make more sense than you think when I'm ready to tell you. Trust is important to me, so getting to know me first before jumping to ask me that will show me you're interested in knowing me moreso than what must be wrong with me :-).
Ok, back to what's important. I am a hopeless romantic. I'm in love with love, and I know that when I find my soulmate we will not stop smiling or having endless fun with each other. My goal is to not find someone who enjoys every single thing I already like doing. I want someone who will compliment me. Introduce me to something new. I will do the same for him. Then we will see new things together and grow together. Of course everyday won't be peaches and cream. My ideal man will be patient and understanding. He will know how to listen and communicate. And when things get tough he will be willing to compromise while keeping my best interest in mind without sacrificing his own because I wouldn't want him to. That's what love is all about.
I want my partner to be good to people and like kids. He should be active most of the time but also be able to veg out on the couch. Must EVENTUALLY be able to understand my horrible humor lol. It's not easy. I tend to be a little sarcastic. Ok a lot. I am a Redskins fan, but I will always love Michael Vick (and pets) no matter where he plays! I enjoy watching basketball and football. Go Hokies! I love music. All types -- except for like satanic worshiping and all that crazy stuff :) I just appreciate the art of music and what people feel when they write, sing, and dance.
