I work hard and play hard. I believe life is meant to be enjoyed, every minute. No one has the right to judge or be judged and it's important to find the good in others. I'm sociable and kind and sometimes too generous. I would like to meet someone who is unselfish and motivated....Someone who is not intimidated by a woman who can think for herself and take care of herself. Working in a high school probably keeps me young and open-minded, but it's mentally exhausting at times. You could say I get lied to for a living so I have no patience for lying or drama. Say what youthink. If you want to know, ask me. Thanks to the teenagers, nothing really shocks me as well!
I enjoy watching baseball and football best, especially the Yankees and Giants, with friends or my boys, but going to a game is even better! Talking sports is a normal occurrence in my house and my older son is a Met fan so smash talking during the Subway Series is the norm as well! If I'm not working or at the gym, I'm fishing with my son, taking care of my house (I like to be outdoors in the yard best), or catching up with friends anywhere from a golf course (I'm terrible and I don't take it seriously), to the swim club to a local watering hole.
My favorite vacation is the beach, and I love the calming of the waves from sun up to sundown. It's rejuvenating to swim in the ocean or even sit with family and friends and enjoy the views. Although the beach is first choice, I'm game for almost anything...a hike in the woods, an adventure in the city, or a barbecue with friends.
Probably the best way to know me is over a beer, preferably in jeans. I save the dress up for work and special occasions, ok and maybe out of the blue because, well I feel like it!!
