I'm looking for someone with a great sense of humor, who likes to have fun and doesn't take himseLf and life too seriously. Good conversation, rOmance and being with someone who truly enjoys my company has been seriously lacking in my life for many years.
Qualities I admire in a man would be someone who is honest, funny, kind, romantic, educated, respectful of others, open-minded and caring. I prefer someone who is fit and takes caRe of themselves and is able to communIcate effectively. Your actions also need to match your words!! If you are not emotionally available and enjoy sending mixed signals, then just move along, I don't have time for game playing. I'm not interested in trying to break through your wall of whatever hang ups you have by banging my head against it, trying to prove to you that I am a good person and an amazing woman. am independent and self supporting. I don't neeyd to be rescued, nor am I on a rescue mission.
I am intelligent, attractive, confiDent and funny, with a sOmewhat twisted and sArcastic sense of humor. I wear my heart on my sleeve, which is not one of my favorite qualities about myself, but the one good thing about it is that you always know where you stand with me!! I would much rather go through life that way, than to have people wonder if I really care about anyone or anything else.
I returned to the Quad Cities in February 2012, after living in the states of Washington, Idaho and Indiana for about 8-1/2 years. I have a fantastic job as an office manager @ a great Bettendorf company. I am recently divorced and I am looking to build a good friendship first and then see what happens from there.
I enjoY movies, music, dining out/trying new foods, good conversAtion, performing arts/tHeatre, concerts, being outdoOrs and in the water/poOl during the summer months, long walks, reading, spending quality time with my family and friends, working out, dancing, amusement and water parks, board games, trivia, crossword puzzles and getting my a$$ kicked by my nephew every single time we play the Wii, LOL!!!!
On a side note, please do not message me if you do not fall into the parameters of what I am looking for, especially where age, height and location are concerned. The age/height ranges are that way for a reason, and relocating is a deal breaker.
