I am a quirky 33 year old with two children. I love to hike, garden and sit around a camp fire on cool nights. I listen to all types of music with the exception of metal-jam bands such as Rusted Root and older stuff is probably my favorite. I am not quite sure what I am looking for at this point in time but I am sure I will know it when it finds me. I am a big Dr. Suess fan and like to collect his books.
I am a diy nerd, I love to take ideas that I see in magazines and diy shows and transform the home in which I live in. So gentlemen, if you are looking for a self sufficent lady, I am it. I am not the "dainty" type to sit around and watch someone else do the work. I like to get in there and get my hands dirty as well. I do like to read. I recently finished up the "racey" Fifty Shades series. Not sure what to start on next so any suggestions would be great.
I like to watch sports such as football, soccer, tennis, etc. but not 24/7 if you know what I mean. I do try and keep up with the news and world around me but recently I have found the news to be more depressing so I just stopped watching for awhile. I am a pretty optimistic person but a realist just the same. I am generally a happy go lucky person who is pretty easy to get alone with.
I also like to cook and bake in my spare time. With that said, I like to entertain as well. I like to have people over, have good conversation, good food and good laughs. I am a very sociable person.
