The pursuit of lifelong learning is something about which I am passionate. I am very curious about things. So I like to seize opportunities to either expand my existing knowledge or learn something new. These opportunities may be in a classroom, a book, a museum, a road trip or a foreign country.
I am looking for someone with whom I can be myself. My partner should appreciate my sense of independence. Yet at the same time be there when I need my spirits lifted or want to discuss something in the newspaper or take off in the car for parts unknown. He must be loyal to me as well as honest in our interactions even if my feelings may be hurt. Someone who would like to go for a run as well as watch a tennis match or basketball game. Or perhaps, catch an exhibit at the Virginia Museum of Arts.
I consider myself a pretty well-rounded person who likes to take on challenging things. So if you are looking for someone who sings while they are driving (but not in the shower ;-) ), likes to bake, has completed marathons and played rugby, then let's get to know each other better ...
