Life has turned out to be quite an exciting journey, so I try to live each day and enjoy every moment. My faith, my kids and my family are the most important. My joy is to care for my children and watch them grow. My oldest daughter is 9, my middle son is age 7, and I have twin boys age 3. Their father and I have a civil relationship, but with minimal interaction, as he has chosen to be with someone else. However, in this exciting new chapter of my life, I have definitely decided that character and honesty are THE most important thing to me. I don't mind taking things slow. I am looking to build a relationship eventually, but we can get to know each other before any family introductions. ;-)
In my free time, I read, mostly biographies, because I feel inspired by other's amazing stories. I don't watch a lot of TV, but if I do, it is usually a college football or basketball game. (Go Bucks! :) Comedy, romance, or classic hollywood movies are also a win.
My other passion is food-- eating out, cooking in. There is a romance about food that I appreciate in exploring new flavors and dishes. It is also fun, hunting for that secret favorite local restaurant we can share.
Physical fitness and staying active are very important to me, because I work in a health field. As far as exercise goes, my favorite is running, and enjoy competing in local 5k's and half-marathons with my coworkers at the office.
I am looking for someone to spend time with and share life with. I have a good career and consider myself quite independent and confident. My job allows for a lot of flexibility for spending time with my family, friends, or that special someone. But to be completely honest, I would like to find the right man to kiss during a thunderstorm, and be my inspiration to buy that new sexy black dress,.
