I have lived in Florida for 7 years, but I grew up in Illinois and Guam. Each place I have visited and lived has given me a new perspective on life. I have been to Germany and have travelled to about half of the states, but there is so much more to see, and I want my daughter to see them too! My sister and I have talked about meeting up in New York City, and I want to take my daughter on a cross country road trip when she gets old enough to enjoy it fully. It would be great to show her Boston, stop in Memphis, TN to hear some blues and say hi to “the king” :-) and learn how to ski in Colorado together. I want to see the world with her, let it give us both new perspectives, and just have fun!
My daughter is five, and, as a mother, one of the most amazing things I have experienced is the bond between a mother and her child. There are no words to describe what starts from the moment the child is conceived and grows deeper with each day they are here on earth. I have experienced it as a daughter with my own incredible mother whose example I try to live up to daily, but to also experience it as a mother is humbling and gratifying. What a gift!
I love to salsa dance, go bowling, spend a day at the beach, go to a movie, or try something completely new. I can be spontaneous, so I am never opposed to a last minute suggestion. Conversation over coffee at a local Starbucks is also my idea of fun. In fact, to me, it is a perfect way to start to know someone.
I would like to find someone I can laugh and be goofy with but also enjoy more in depth conversation. Most importantly, I want a man who wants a long term relationship and who's willing, when they find the right person, to be "all in." I want someone to share experiences, travel, and be a family with. I want us to fight for each other and revel in the life we make together. I know there is someone out there who wants these same things, and I hope I can find him.
