I have a son that is the coolest four year old in the world and I love him to death. But please don't be scared off by the fact that I'm a mom. His father is still in his life and there are no issues there. I'm also careful about who I introduce to my son. I want someone to fall for me, not him (yes he's that charismatic)!
I enjoy trying new things and am up for almost any kind of activity. As far as the outdoors goes, being on a lake is my favorite. I've tried snow skiing and made a fool of myself, but I'm definitely willing to give it another go. On most weekends you can find me hanging out with my friends (who happen to be some of the most supportive, fun, and wonderful people in the world) at a dive bar, dancing to a live band, or catching a movie. Honestly, one of my favorite activities is introducing my son to new things and watching his reactions. I love taking him to the zoo, the bounce house, museums, the beach....
As much as I enjoy new adventures and traveling, I'm also very comfortable being a homebody. I enjoy a good book or movie.
Some things my students have said about to me, "Do you ever yell? Because I really can't picture you yelling." "Are you always happy?" (The answer is no...I am not a morning person! lol) and "What? We have a test today?"
My colleagues say, "I just don't know how you do it all..." (I'm a single working mom, advise Student Council, and I got my real estate license over the summer, so now I work in commercial real estate part-time.)
