I am looking for a partner who is first and foremost a friend and partner in life.
At this time, I feel as though I am starting a new chapter in my life. I have devoted my life to raising three wonderful boys that are now grown and busy with their own lives. Being a single mom, I have become independent, know what I want, and will not settle for anything less than happiness.
My perfect man would be an open-minded romantic who loves to flirt, tease and laugh. Honesty and good communication are very important to me. Someone who has a positive outlook on life, sense of humor who's spontaneous yet practical. I would like to meet someone who wants to enjoy life, discover new things, and laugh with me.
Spending time being active whether it is working out, cross country skiing, biking, hiking or doing things around the house feels great. Outside in the fresh air and sunshine is where I like to be. I do prefer warmer weather but enjoy all four seasons in Maine. One of my favorite things to do would be walking on the beach- in any season while listening to the waves. I like exploring new places and doing things I've never done before.
For fun, I enjoy dancing, dining out, live performances, wine tasting, theater, comedy shows and even snuggling up with a movie at home. All of these things are more fun when done together. For me, it is the company that I am with , not necessarily the place that I am, that makes a good time.
