I am looking for someone who is respectful, honest and interesting to spend time with and share fun and good times. I don't have much time or energy for selfish, non genuine people with little respect and too much drama in their lives. I want to meet someone that I am attracted to, that finds me interesting and likes to enjoy life whatever it brings. Hopefully someone to introduce me to new things.
I am a fun, easy going, laid back person who loves the challenges life brings and takes care of myself. Little things make me smile and I love to laugh, usually at myself! I won't always take the lead so if you are the type of guy that likes a lady to control the pace its probably not going to work. I am attracted to assertive, motivated people who know where they are going and take care of themselves. I workout regularly and like to run outside and squeeze in core power yoga 2-3 times per week. I would like to find the right person to share all parts of my life with so you should probably be willing to at least run/walk the lakes with me. I can be romantic and love guys who aren't afraid to show their feelings, but its not a huge requirement. My close friends would describe me as witty, charming and energetic, sometimes I feel like I am a little more reserved than that, until I feel comfortable with someone.
I have one child who lives at home most of the time and is a Junior in high school. I am about to be an empty nester!!! and hope everyday that that I won't wake up looking like one :) This is an interesting part of my life and I have relinquished the focus of trying to figure out where life's every little twist and turn is taking me. Part of being on this site is to expand the chances of running into some like minded people who maybe feel this route is a sensible one for a person who is done meeting people at bars? (don't get me wrong I LOVE bars!!! ) A good friend once told me that nothing good ever happens after 10pm, and if you relate this to the calibre of folks out in the bars at that time, he might be right!
