My name is Rachel and I have lived in the Charleston SC area for the last 4 years. I haven't been into the dating scene for a while and thought that I would give this a try.
I love to laugh and have a great sense of humor. Honesty and great conversation are really important to me making a connection with a guy. I can be very sarcastic at times, so you better be able to keep up! :) I'm really looking for someone that can keep up with my incessant banter, make me laugh but also laugh with me, and can challenge me intellectually. I want to find a guy that I can be friends with to start but possibly more as we get to know each other better.
As for sports, since moving to the south 10 years ago I have developed a love for football! I watch both college and professional games. I have teams that I like better than others, but watching a really good game is sometimes more interesting to me than the teams that are playing. I also really like going to sporting events around time throughout the year- Riverdogs, Stingrays etc.
There is so much to do in this area and always new things that I would love to try. I like going downtown and just walking through the market or on the Battery when the weather is nice; try new restaurants or even ones that have been around a while that I haven't tried yet; going out and do things like mini golf, bowling or play pool. While I enjoy getting out of the house, I'm just as content spending the night in and curling up on the couch to watch a good movie with great company.
