I am passionate about focusing on the things that really matter in life: friends and family, creative work, and trying (in however small a way) to make a positive difference. I teach college, and I love exploring new ideas and seeing my students grow.
In my spare time, I love to get out and experience all kinds of cultural events -- plays, concerts, and films. I'm always up for trying a new restaurant with friends, or watching some college football in the fall. When I stay in, I enjoy reading, gardening, and baking.
I think shared values and true friendship are the most important things in a relationship. So I'm looking for someone who values similar things, who I can trust and connect with. And just as importantly: someone to have fun with!
