This is tough! I love music, art, travel, and working in my garden. I cannot live without coffee, good food and wine, and great conversation.
I have two children who are nine and four. I am working hard to raise them to be respectible human beings who can adapt to change and accept diversity. Beyond that, I am a down to earth, independent and honest person who is looking for these same qualities in another. I also have a really good job in management where I have worked for the past ten years.
I love people who have a quick wit and who enjoy laughing. At this point in my life I want to be surrounded by people who are positive, challenging and who do not take themselves, or life, too seriously.
I enjoy maintaining a healthy lifestyle. I work out regularly and eat well, but I am realistic about it. Junk food is still on the menu at times.
I think it is really hard to put into words who I am looking for, but I will do my best. I would like to have a partner who is not overly negative and who can roll with whatever comes his way. Someone who is fun and enjoys traveling is important. Ideally, my partner will be grounded and strong but also loving and passionate.
I am new to Match and do find it a bit overwhelming. I am not interested in dating multiple people at the same time or anyone who is just out to play the field. I understand that email and texting is the way to get to know someone in the beginning on this site, but I still prefer to talk on the phone or meet in person (after the full FBI check of course!)
