What can I say about myself that will help you to know that I am authentic and fun? Perhaps you'd be interested to know that I have a very corny sense of humor. Most of my jokes can be found on popsicle sticks. If you've got slightly more comedic game than that, I am bound to think that you are hilarious; a sense of humor is attractive.
Other things that I find attractive include: men who have liberal politics, capitilize "I", read, cook, cuddle, are handy, are silly, listen.
Things that you may find attractive about me: I am always smiling, smell nice, floss, am good at conversation, like to try new things, am good at DIY projects, like dogs, can cook, like to kayak, can pound a speedbag, and don't have a criminal record.
A quote that says a lot about me is, "Esse quam videri ." It means, to be, rather than to seem. This is a motto that I embrace and a standard that I hold others to. To be very honest , I am an independent woman who is bold and reflective. I am feisty! I bring a lot of energy and passion to my endeavors, whether it be family matters, work, or play.
As much as I consider myself a whole person, happy with my life and accomplishments, I am still looking for what could be considered for my other half. I really do believe that two people can have a cosmic connection. Actually, I think that everyone we meet teaches us something about ourselves, whether we realize it or not. When it comes to love I don't think that it is a bolt of lightning that strikes us, it takes more time than that, but I am certain that there is another half of me out there. He will enjoy lazy Sunday mornings reading the paper; read in bed at night, try to catch up to me when we kayak, gawk at modern art, talk politics, go to musicals, rock out at concerts, order bizarre foods. We will learn from eachother, be inspired by one another and enjoy life.
