This is definitely the most awkward part of joining an online dating site, but here goes nothing. I've lived in Richmond for almost 5 years now and truly enjoy the variety that the city has to offer. I love the proximity to the mountains and the beach, but will always choose the mountains between the two. I absolutely love camping, but haven't been able to enjoy it as much as I'd like - it's a hobby best enjoyed with a partner. I also enjoy hiking, kayaking, whitewater rafting, fishing (as long as they're biting), outdoor concerts and pretty much anything that involves a new adventure outside.
I enjoy a relaxed evening at home or hanging out in a corner bar - I"m not the club type. I am an animal lover and spend quite a bit of my free time volunteering for a local dog rescue, where I adopted my two dogs. I am close with my family and find that an appealing characteristic in others. While I'm skeptical about online dating sites, I hope to find a match that enjoys many of the same things with a great sense of humor.
