I started this profile a few months ago and have been so apprehensive to finsh it. I have seen far too many episodes of Criminal Minds and Law and Order SVU - I have been sure the first person who contacts me is going to try to put me in a box under their bed. :) My friends tell me how ridiculous I am. One of my good friends recently made a great connection through here and it has inspired me to give it a try.
I am looking for somebody real to share my life with. I have alot of good friends that I enjoy going out with for dinner, drinks, movies, coffee, runnng, playing tennis, going to sporting events etc. The one thing I feel like I'm lacking is someone to share it all with at the end of the day. Someone to be my best friend and partner. Someone to always have my back. I want someone who knows what fork to use and can enjoy the finer things in life with me but also who can enjoy just drinking a beer and playing pool in a dive bar with me. I am looking for someone who shares some of my interests yet has their own things that they are passionate about as well. I don't want to be someones whole life. just their favorite part.
I hate the game playing portion of dating. I am who I am all the time. I take my responsibilities seriously. I try to not sweat the small stuff and only worry about the stuff that is seriously worthy of worrying about. I am all about having fun at every opportunity. My daughter told me she thinks I'm having a mid-life crisis - not in a bad way though just that everything has to be fun all the time. I guess there are worse kinds of mid-life crisises to have.
I'm looking forward to meeting some new and interesting people.
