I'm interested in meeting someone who is positive, funny and confident in themselves and what they want. I have a variety of interests and would love to meet someone who is willing to try new things. I also don't mind being a little low key sometimes. I have had the opportunity to travel and live in different countries and would love to find someone who enjoys traveling as well. I'm very close to my family and love spending time with them as well.
I like reading and learning about new things, especially nutrition. I'm interested in organic foods and healthy eating habits though I enjoy going out to eat often and trying new foods. I also love a good red wine and though I'm not a big beer drinker, I don't mind a cold Sam Summer or Blue Moon outside in the sun. I prefer laid back get togethers such as BBQs in a backyard with dogs running around or laying on a beach with friends. I will occasionally go out to a bar but I'm not really into that every weekend. However, if it's a dive bar and there's a good live band playing, count me in.
My friends say I'm laid back and nurturing. I really don't like drama or "games" when it comes to dating. I teach first grade and am currently in grad school, so I am pretty busy. However, I'm really getting sick of the bar scene and trying to meet people in that type of setting. I'm looking for a committed relationship with someone who knows what they want!
