I am a career and goal oriented person, but also enjoy life outside of my career. I am very passionate about teaching. I absolutely love what I do, I have a great time with the kids, and I always have great stories to tell! When I am not involved with school, I like to catch a good movie, concert, professional or college sporting event or just spend a quiet night at home. I will try almost anything once, so spontaneity is welcome! I have gone to several concerts over the past few years, and I would love to find someone who enjoys concerts too.
I spend a great deal of time at our family cabin in northern Michigan, especially in the summer. The sunrises and sunsets are incredible, and I love the peaceful atmosphere. I am definitely a lake/country girl and I enjoy spending as much time outside as possible. Going for a nice walk and/or run is fun, and I would love to find a guy who likes to take runs, go for walks, or go cycling. I must also admit I love to drive, so if you like day trips, we might be a match!
In addition to being career and goal oriented, I am energetic, driven, and ambitious. My friends would tell you I am caring, supportive, trustworthy, and dependable. They know I would do anything for them and am always willing to help when they need me. I enjoy intelligent conversations, as well as quick-witted humor and sarcasm. I am a great cook and I enjoy working in the yard. I love music, and can often be found singing in the shower or vehicle-- I promise I am still a safe driver, though I have gotten some funny looks at times! :) Spending time with family and friends is important to me, and it should be to you as well!
The guy I am looking for has, above all, an amazing personality and strong character. You should love your career as much as I love mine and have a passion for what you do, but also realize there is more to life than just work, like family, friends, and relationships. The person I am looking for likes to exercise and stay fit, and enjoys athletics, whether playing or watching. You should like to go out for a night on the town, as well as like to spend nights cooking dinner and watching a movie or TV together at home. I am a person who does not believe in playing games and I say what I think and feel, and you should too. I am looking for a guy who loves life and lives it to the fullest, and is also looking for someone to share life with. Hopefully, you have some interests you can introduce me to as well!
